Augustus is offering a single unit franchise to offer their best-selling products to their clients in a retail area, preferably inside malls.

The estimated investment for an Augustus Franchise starts at ₱ 450,000 for a 6 sqm stall, inclusive of the ₱ 188,000 franchise fee.

The total franchise investment of Augustus covers the following:

Augustus charges a royalty fee of 2% of gross sales.

The franchisee, together with his designated management team and outlet personnel, will be given extensive training both at the headquarters and the franchisee's store, which includes a dry-run or a soft opening.

The training will be done within 30 days before the grand opening of the franchisee's store, and covers all aspects of the business operation including product/service knowledge, management and customer service.

As an Augustus franchisee, you will receive the following continuing support during the term of the franchise contract:

A franchisee will not be granted exclusive territory but shall be grant a single unit franchises for every 30,000 population in a given trade area. However, Augustus will see to it that each unit can sell to the population to the fullest to make the business profitable.

The initial contract term of the AUGUSTUS franchise agreement is 3 years, renewable for 2 additional terms of 3 years each, for a total of 9 years.
